Don't think I've seen mention of the wind before - looks interesting.
Open back?
Is the section underneath for the bone conductor or something user changeable for changing sound?

Make sure you come back with some impressions.
@kmmbd pointing out the resemblance with the QDC Tiger.

Semi-open back

That back plate is the voice coil-type bone conduction.

It's screw mounted for maximum contact and thus transmission of the BC's energy according to BQEYZ.
It actually works well, if you want that ambient-like sound on BC.

Interesting IEM, design gives me strong Fiio FH9 vibes.

I've heard the Winter Ultra is not great, hoping this improves upon the OG Winter which seems to be a sleeper hit.

I didn't test the Ultra yet but I like the Winter. It's part of my rotation.

My Tea 2 still works fine. haven't encountered any sound issues with any IEMs I have on hand (Yet)

I've heard the OG Tea's DD is pretty susceptible to moisture but it seems only some DD types can easily die to moisture damage, my three year old Starfield is torn to pieces from use and still works.

Will buy some dehumidifier machine when I go IEM shopping during 11.11 because the last thing I want is to spend over a grand on a single IEM only for moisture to ruin the drivers.
I live in hot and humid tropical country, I put all my IEMs/earbuds in a box that is equiped with silicone seal, plus I throw in some silica gels in it. I have a Mangird tea OG that has some kind of corode on the nozzle, 3 year old and going strong, one of my fave iem.

Curious about dehumidifier machine, could you please share some pics or purchase link, thanks

Opened this up to repair the broken 2 pin socket.
I replaced the cap of the EST transformer again and here is the relative loudness:

Ignore the portion of the graph under 2400hz.

The EST of the Variations was quite conservatively tuned and now it sounds like a thin layer of fog being removed. The mid-bass can also be tuned electronically but I am waiting for the components to arrive. And btw, I really don't think EST drivers are all about the extension and resolution.

Nice, how's the resolution of it? I am not sure about that blue colour btw. Maybe I will get the silver version on the 17th when it's for sale.
Suprisingly quite detailed.
