There is an … interesting spring ping when moving the earpieces. Say, when I chew with this IEM on, every chew I hear “ping” “ping” in the IEM. Likely the BCD.
I’m pretty sure this is using the same 11mm BCD as the Origin, and yeah it’s very springy.

And idk how anyone can eat with IEMs on lmao I don’t suffer from misophonia but when my ears are plugged up, no thank you. I’ll take them out to snack.

So, Hifigo officially is about to start their 11/11 and wanted to have some of their new product launches highlighted per below:

AP1GczPIL7cU10f0aSSRMfDBv3OnsCKrTV4B7_mRBPGWnGLMi9b-57K-vm7qiwQv5kzhUWA08GJwCrG63-hSgKGsHswXyBBgIwUT-0vhTI1lsSoU00I5vn0Lvq184G1m-PWRTZGyZmlF3828D4HsXaM4tfXf=w1008-h248-s-no-gm
Three, arguably, strongest contenders of Q4 2024 releasing under the same banner, eh? They win no matter what :dt880smile:

Does anyone have 81T hidden under their floorboard? The Hifigo boss lady said it's tuned towards a "balanced" sound signature so I guess it's going after Cantor's tuning. But I haven't seen any graph so far.

(No, I don't have one under my floorboard nor being shipped from China)

Well, as a company you have more popular and less popular models. But it is safe to say 7Hz was legendary with the Zero taking domination of the $20.00 price range. Later Zero 1 got improved to Zero 2, and while prices changed to up another $5, both of those have my 100% recommendation, I mean how could you not. The original had great midrange imaging and realism plus a stage for what it was. They tried to do it again with the Aero but it was not near as involving or great. The Aero got a bad review from me, I simply defaulted to a Zero 1 or Zero 2 recommendation. Really with the added bass the Zero 2 is complete and in some ways better than Zero 1.

The Five is very experimental and the Sonus was a stripped down beauty. Though my heart finds the TOTL Aurora to be my dream. Just a darling of an IEM. What can I say, I’m a 7Hz fan boy, though never heard the Timeless. But I am giving the 7Hz G1 my total recommendation as how can anyone not?

As far as I’m concerned they went and gave the public so much sound and really it is an improved Zero 2, adding quality in every direction (going from a strange plastic shape to metal) (and nailing it with a form factor) (Plus lasting quality) but keeping price almost like the Zero 2.....almost.
The Zero was a big one for them, and the follow up not so much, but they had the backing of Crin, just like Dioko, which also made some noise about two years ago. I did say I probably missed some hits and some flops, and yeah, the Zero was definitely a hit, and along with the Timeless and a lesser extent the Dioko, kept them afloat with all those flops I listed.

In so many ways the Zero 2 is more mainstream tuned than the original Zero. The original Zero and the Crin Dioko came out at the exact same time, I received the two boxes together in the mail. Crin could not put his name on the original Zero even though he tuned it, because of another Zero (by another manufacture) that came out at the same time, that Crin tuned. I really do not think the Sonus or the Five or the Aurora are bad at all, and not flops in any way shape or form. You are simply going by this thread maybe and haven't even heard them, once again you are making opinions about IEMs you know nothing about. I guess though it is fine to judge the popularity response by the public only on the Discovery Thread, as you (and really me) have nothing else to go by. Just remember China has its very own population base, 4.11 times bigger than the US. So it is over 4X the size of the US population.......of course I'm not sure the IEM buying population is consistent with those same differences. Still sure only a manufacture knows how many units went out. Still I have the Five, the Zero 1 and 2, the Dioko, the 7Hz Legato, the Sonus, the Aurora and the Aero, and this wonderful new G1. Really for the most part 7Hz rock! There is only the Areo that is truly not that great, and the Dioko is mixed in success. What can I say I'm a shameless 7Hz fanboy!

Small update, looks like there's an additional discount posted for the 81T and the Anvil on Hifigo.

one funny factoid about Zero 2 being, KZ ZVX have similar tuning to it and zvx was released months earlier

it seems KZ saw the OG Zero and make their version of it, with metal shell and lifted bass
and Zero2 ended taking similar direction to what KZ take with that lifted bass.

not sure how the upcoming ZVX Pro will be tuned like.

Honestly the Dioko and the Zero arrived in the same box, I reviewed the Zero yet four days later when I reviewed the Dioko but said I liked the many times cheaper Zero more!

Really the Zero 2 is more complete and would probably appeal to more people. But for the price of the Zero 2 I simply shake my head how they were able to get that little DD to do it all. What I mean is bass and vocals. Where the original Zero had also besides Crin's magic tune, it did this party trick were they were able to generate this giant 3D midrange. I am not ashamed up.....................until just recently I was recommending the Zero 1 still for people looking for a cheap but good IEM. Sure it started like at $19.95 when it came out, and now it may be $24.99...........still it is worth it. IMO

Look at how popular the Zero 1 is! No IEM gets 75,000 hits, none of them do!

OH? That totally makes sense. I have my hands full with this place and reviews to handle another forum. But I do hear reddit is informative at times.

Well my luck ruined my 11.11 purchase of Tinhifi T5S as I lost my job about a month ago and luck adds insult to injury and right side of my Olina SE died a few days ago after using it for nearly two years, and I am IEMless now.

Kinda breaks my heart when people show their carts.😢😭

Edit: you guys click "like" to my misery?
Liking your post for support! Maybe some people in here have some IEMs from their grinch bag they can sent you for a nice deal? Not sure where you are from
