A few weeks ago, Amazon received 20 or 25 or so. They were sold out at this price in two or three days.

Amazon's status has changed since this morning (8 November).
 
They're now "In stock but may require an extra 1-2 days to process." The price is still US$224.53.

You could always inquire with them to see if they have any amps or DACs that may have been returned. I'm not sure what their B-Stock policy is, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
