Just found the AKG K271MKII for $132 at Sears website. Are they decent...I am looking to upgrade from my Senns 428. Are they closed back? I need close back so leakage is minimal.

Google will definitely tell you whether or not they are closed back. I just checked myself, but rather than give you the answer, I figure you'd benefit more by familiarizing yourself with Google.
