Amazon has had them a little cheaper I think (like $10) but you have to remember that earphonesolutions gives a 2 year warranty amazon is 30 days only

Also, I've been trying to find a place to by the Earsonics SM3 v2, but it's hard to find a place selling it let alone on sale so I'm swayed to the Westone4.

Try Soundprofessionals.com. They have a $50 off the M50's coupon code listed right on their site. Cheapest shipping is about $11-$12, so total is $121 and change. I took this deal to Guitar Center, and they matched it and lowered their price by the amount of the tax so it was $121 out the door. I actually bought 2 (at different stores)...they seemed to have an issue with multiple quantities on price matches.
