The product has been purchased by a friend who's in the US. I am not from US. He said he would try to contact the service. However, his account is non prime. Lets see, fingers crossed.You can initiate a chat with customer service through the order page to discuss price adjustment. I've had 3 things occur.
1. They adjust the price.
2. They don't adjust the price and I rebuy the item and return the previous one.
3. They can't readjust the price but give me give cards equal to our greater than the savings.
It seems to depend on who you speak to. I'm also a prime member if that matters.
