I have chatted with the store, and they assured me they they really have stock. Other stores often list Pro 82 just to draw attention, but they don't really have any stock.

I followed the links, out of curiosity. No reference to vets and the open box is $249.00? Maybe because I am viewing from Canada? The last thing in the world I need is another pair of phones but I am dying to try these out. A $200.00 open box would push me over the edge. I wonder what they will do for Black Friday?

The discount codes were posted on their header page for anything site wide 11/10-11/11; I should have just posted that. I was in discussions about the headphones at the time and had tunnel vision. But yes the open box was $200 when the discount was applied. However, looking into past monoprice sales, they've offered 20% discounts before, so if your patiently waiting another sale I'm sure you'll have a chance again, hopefully deeper discounts black friday.
