I understood what was said. I was just pointing out being sold by manufacture vs third party. Lots of fakes are sold on amazon from third party sellers.
I wold probably try these if I hadn't  just bought the  Audeo PFE 012 Perfect Bass Earphones and extra filters.

Seems like people are agreeing on good sound quality but I don't know how many people would like the signature. Sounds like it's a very warm sounding headphone with some good mids. I can't stand a headphone with a treble that isn't on a decent level and this one seems like it would be pretty low.

I ordered these refurbished Parrot Ziks two days ago, to replace my original pair that had worn out.  Despite copious protestations of woot.com that the product would not even be MAILED for 8 - 10 days, and would go by slow mail so as to take another week, I just got them TODAY, two days later!
 
Better yet, they came with a free gray-and-white hard shell carrying case (looking for someone interested in trading for the orange-and-black one that they also make...anyone want to swap?)
 
The headphones themselves are in like-new condition.  Sealed and packed just like the original pair I had bought 2-1/2 years ago.  They work perfectly.  No scratches.  Battery even had some charge to it!  Only clue that they are not new is that the package has a sticker saying "Factory Refurbished."
