I got to hear some 880's at a meet recently. I liked the sound, more than I thought I would, but the bass sounded a little 'undefined' for lack of a better word, lacking a bit of texture maybe. Is that likely the phones or more probably just a bad source. I must say I didn't think any phones could equal the comfort of my HD600's but those did, extremely comfortable!
E10 is just bass boost, E7 and E17 has the adjustable EQ.
I was referring to this :
vali and modi aren't swappable.
He does, I just like giving him a hard time.I think he meant Magni. I get confused all the time they both start with M's and are small

WOAH!!
Well the DT880 Pro is always around $200 on Amazon (its got to be one, if not the, best value in headphones) but I agree, that is an excellent price for any of the Premium versions, particularly the 600 ohm. Now's the time to buy.
With DT880 Pro, I think you get coiled cable and no carry case. I like the premium straight cables and the case - and the 600 ohm to boot. As others have said, the DT880 600 are priced extremely well at 219. Go for it.
