Thanks, the DS definitely ranks among some of the best earbuds I've tried. If I have to nitpick, I wish there could be more sub-bass rumble and a bit more sparkle and zing in the upper treble.

How do you compare DS to CAX susvara black dragon as I have this being made for me as we speak.

I put the Hiegi black donut foams on the DS and man is that some good synergy, holographic soundstage with better upper extension.

The bass response is the most noticeable difference between the DS and the CAX Susvara. CAX Susvara delivers deeper, tighter, and more impactful bass tones. Its bass definition and quality on the CAX can rival some of the best IEMs.

Soundstage wise, DS produces a circular, bubble-like soundstage surrounding the listener. In contrast, the CAX has an elliptical soundstage, resulting in a different spatial presentation.

People seeking the utmost bass performance would likely prefer the CAX Susvara over the DS.

I'm waiting for your impressions on serratus black sand, and their mids against Ds cause I don't want to buy an "only symphonic tracks made for" earphones, i listen also for solos and I want a half half earphones.

JIm says Ds are better for solo but they cost 3 times and I can expect this.

Haha! That's what it means! Hyperbole I'm sure but the Sunniva is crazy good! Sunniva and Ripples are probably my two favourite TGXears!
