Rank the IEM's you've heard

RE-262 > RE-ZERO > XBA-1 > PL30 > Meelec M6 > Brainwavz M4 > Meelec M9 > Turbines > apple stock

So some of this is from memory as I don't own them all anymore. I also believe the Turbines I had were defective so they might sound a  lot better than my pair did.

Are the superdarts really that good ?

Apologies - I quickly made that line without specifying the priority

It is just ordered by 'enjoyment' to my own personal taste as you can see from the rank I prefer 'colored'/'fun' sounding signatures. ER4P is too flat and bass light for me

With all the hype the Gratitude has been getting lately, it's a bit surprising to see it so far down the list. How come?

Well if you notice, I think it's on par with several IEMs that are also pretty hyped around here. And the others that rank above it are all at least twice as expensive.

And it bears mentioning that this list is one of personal preference, not technical ability.

Thanks for the reply! I do see that, but they are also in a lower price range, so I guess I jumped to a conclusion.

Ya I figured that. I just never heard them..Ive seen them and know where to buy them in Toronto..I just never though they were good. Think I'm going to have to give them a shot ..I'm not really a bass heard per say but I do appreciate it when it's needed..it's like when ya go to a rock concert what's the first thing ya heard and feel.? .the umph of that bass drum when the drummer hits it..so ya bass is important I think just not when it interfering with everything else like the mids and the highs..from what I've read they do the bass really well without that leaking into any other frequency ..so yup would love to try them ..thanks for the reply ..happy listening.:)

Hmm if you can try them out you definitely should before purchasing. I actually feel that the bass is a tad bit too powerful and bleeds a little into the other spectrums on some songs. But on certain electronic/dance songs where the 'beat' is the main attraction, the Super darts really shine.

Atomic Floyd themselves describe the sound signature as a pronounced V shape. I can tell you this at least is true

Feel free to pm me if you have further qs
