Can anyone suggest a grill I can buy that looks like the SR225 and up. Or perhaps one with a triangular pattern

Got the cabling idea from R&B180 at begining of this thread. It's a Van Damme UP SPOFC which obviously you can change. Then just allan grubs on the headband to keep things in place.

Allan Grubs are clean! why didn't you go with mono plugs?

I'd fear loose connections in the long run with such an plugable cable.

The sockets are easily replaceable or upgradeable so that doesn't concern me at all.
