*lol*

This is what I used

Female:

Obviously I've spray painted my female connectors. Having said that, I'm not over keen on them - they are very stiff at the moment, and quiet tricky to get on and off. They might ease up with time. I preferred these, which used on another cable I made:

You can just bind two posts together as the ground, or leave one unused. Of course, you can also use the third pin for the other cup - and run the cables through the headband. That's what I've done here (sorry its the only pic I have but you can just about see the cables running up through the headband) :

Does anyone have a diagram or the dimensions of the Sennheiser PX-100 ii driver?  I'm looking to fabricate a ring that will adapt the driver to fit properly in a 40mm opening.

Thanks!

You might try VibroLabs.com. I know Luke made and sold an adapter ring for the PX-100 ii driver to fit the standard Grado cup. I think it was $10. It's not showing on his site any longer but it can't hurt to ask.

Fantastic. Love the painted cups. What material?

Cheers, buddy! Primed, acrylic then lacquer. The detail was hand-painted in thick acrylic. Someone has asked me to do one for them with single side entry, and in sky blue and white - otherwise exactly the same - I think that should look pretty beautiful! If you're after spray paint in London, you can't beat http://www.chromeandblack.com - they have a massive selection in their shop so you can easily colour match to cables etc.
