I have to imagine extensive market research demonstrates a demand for. Kudos for carving out white space.
The back story on the BTS:
Several months ago, Rico Suave called me up, asked if I could help him, help out a friend of his. His friend had a ski helmet with built in head phones. The trouble was, the cables were too long, and he wanted the new cable to be shorter, have remote control ability, and have a mic.
Rico and I started to plan out a sollution, and we came to the conclussion that the best option for the challenge was blue tooth. Once the project was finished.... I built me a set for myself, but connected the blue tooth dongle to a set of Noble IEMs.
I really was impressed with the amount of freedom that the BTS gave me, as Brannan and I communicate via skype pretty much daily. When I use the BTS, I can walk around the house, leaveing the computer behind and multi task at a much higher level than I ever could before.
I spoke to Brannan about it, (a gym rat) and he wanted a BTS to use while at the gym.....
and the gears began turnning. We soon came to the conclussion that other folks would want a product that would offer this type of freedom as well. So we contacted our cable supplier in order to customize a cable for the BTS, and the rest is history.
