Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

Question: If I lose (or gain) alot of weight and require a refit after a number of years, is it possible to get a refit from Noble?  Perhaps similar to the ownership transfer service except it won't be for a second owner?

That is really a case by case type question, so making a public statement regarding this would be poor judgement

I must say something for my purchase experience with Noble product.

I am an early bird of k10u at the beginning of Oct and almost joined once the k10u was announced availble. I bougth through Calvin from Singapore. However Noble delayed the product and deliver the product until BF discount event. I think there is no point to become an early bird and the treatment from Noble is very poor in this case.

Anyway that is not the fault of Calvin. He is very nice and helpful to help out in communication. I just want to say Noble has to be more fair to k10u early bird customer.

You're still getting them earlier than everyone else. There's apparently a 2 month wait now on the universals- my luck with these things probably means 3 or 4 months, though.

R u still having difficulties?

I think it's a computer problem on my end.  Maybe internet explorer not behaving.  I went through the build process many times in anticipation of BF and it always worked, but not today.

Anyway, I'm happy to say that I used my phone with dolphin and it worked.  I put my order in for buckeye faceplate with dark smoke shell and light smoke canals.

I'm really happy you are so involved to touch base with use here on the forum.  I really can't wait for the end product to elevate me to the world of head-fi.  my Shure se530 introduced me to the possibilities, and it gave me the bug.  The in between was long for me, but it finally won me over to go for something with real significance.  Ya-Hoo!!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I'm trying to understand what the poor treatment was by Noble. The wait time? I also placed my order with Noble for K10's (customs, not universals) in early October and have not yet received them, and Brannan has been brilliant about keeping me informed all along the way. If you had poor treatment from Noble I'm fairly confident they'd work things out. However, if it's just wait time I know that they've been slammed for both custom and universal versions of the K10 due to it's popularity (driven by its performance). Highly suggest reaching out to Dr. John and/or Brannan. Cheers and enjoy you new IEMs!

Delayed?

To the best of my knowledge nothing has been delayed.... What pray tell would be the gain in delaying a product?

There may be lengthy build times due to demand or even lead times via suppliers, but a delay due to no apparent reason benefits no one, if anything harms Noble.

then your knowledge may need to be re-defined as the k10u is supposed to be shipped by 1 nov, it is not a custom

Yes indeed shipped in the order that they were placed in.  Sorry to hear you were apparently at the back of the line.

K10 U's may not be custon in the fact ear mold impressions are not required, but they are still hand assembled and hand finished.

Guys,

Planning to get the K10Universal. Own a JH audio Roxanne Universal. What are your recommendations? I have been through the threads but not much help :frowning2:. Couldn't find much impressions on the universal model. I am already impressed with Brannan's quick responses.

I want to experience detail of HD800 and I am not a bass head. Please let me know your feedback guys.

Thanks
