Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

accurate at the time that was written

if it is accurate after the Black Friday sale, and accurate at the point of when your order was placed (as this determines your placement in line) remains to be seen.

I'm not here to scare anyone off, but I have to be honest.....  the amount of orders will impact the build times, this is just an unavoidable fact.   As for your dealer, he may have an order on the way or he may not have placed an order at all....   you really should speak to your dealer.

Ok, understood. Thank you again!

With all due respect, have you considered that they might have been displeased or provoked?

I don't know how they could have been provoked as they purchased through a dealer, which is also a bit of puzlement as the complaint was "Noble doesn't care for their people...."  (paraphrase)

Well if you purchase from a dealer, you are really more under the dealers custodianship rather than Nobles.   So I'm confused about that statement as well.....

Communications etc etc should be held with the dealer, not directly with Noble, so I don't know how they were provoked....

Ultimatley I think that in this particular case, Calvin's customer thought his order would be placed in line with direct customers, which is an incorrect assumption.

An understandable assumption for those that don't understand how things operate, but ultimately incorrect

Displeased by having to wait....  that is understandable to some degree, but unfortunately there was little that could be done about that as the customer purchased from a dealer that apparently at that point in time did not have any K10s in stock.

Thanks, Noble, for crafting such a wonderful IEM, and many thanks to Calvin from Music Sanctuary for all the help rendered.

Just fiddling my thumbs and waiting for them to arrive now.

  Did u order a Prestige

Unfortunately not, John. I wanted to, but my financial minister wouldn't increase the fiscal budget.

Anyway, I've settled for a personalized, pimped-out K10. Good enough for me!

Okay I'll stop at this point since I do not think further blame game is necessary or good to anyone, no matter it is lack of cables problem whatsoever and you know (what it is). But surely not a stock problem as suggested since at the time k10u is still not publicly available.

To be fair I'll say the k10u is good, has deep bass extension as my ie800 and clear treble and openess as my k3003, it has enough good things in one unit.

Oh so what you are saying it is a matter of cable supply, that could be possible too. As I stated earlier, demand, supplies etc can cause delay as well.

I assumed it was a stock issue, as you stated the IEMs were ordered, rather than buying them imediatley.  This would indicate that they were not stocked, and thus had to be ordered & by doing so, would cause a longer wait period.

All that aside, it is good to know you appreciate how they sound.

Can you send Tyll Hertsens (Inner Fidelity) a K10U. I'd like to see measurements and a review by him.

Hey John, I just wanted to check in with you here - I ordered gold nugget in my shell, because I didn't see silver on the website. Is it possible to get silver nugget in the shell instead of gold, as I've seen in some other K10s?

Like this:

I love that kind of rocky granite look, and I thought a dark smoke/silver nugget shell with amber/gold nugget canals would go awesome, giving a kind of volcanic look. Is it possible?
