P1 is truely an awesome amp at any value. It's not easy to get one. I wish another Susvara owner has heard of it, so I'm not alone on this one. If anyone in the Bay Area want to listen to it, welcome to come over. It sounds like it's designed for the Susvara.
Wish I was in the Bay Area to get a listen to your P1 with my Susvara’s. I really like the feature set and power of the Pro iCan. It can can drive every headphone I own with ease. But I do want a little more musicality at times. I do love how detailed the Susvara’s sound out of the Pro iCan. I just need a little more musical warmth and it sounds like the P1 has that.

Seriously, that’s where I graduated from! Great school. If only we had some HiFi shops in my area so I could take my Susvara’s with me to try them out on different amps. I’m curious about the P1 now.

I don’t disagree or anything, just to get a better idea of where you’re coming from, which other amps have you compare it to and with which headphones?

Here are the list: MHA100, Violectric v281, ifi pro ican, GSX mk2. MHA100 I had when I bought the Susvara. The other 3 were amps I tried to match Susvara with. The P1 sounds much better than all of them. For my ears not even close.

I’ve not tried nor seen the P1 but good to hear of a reasonably priced amp that can drive the Susvara’s to a sonically rewarding level.

Pass XA25 finally arrived last Thursday and has been warming up.

Although it hasn't completely settled yet, I can already hear immensely better control than my other amps, gs-x mk2 and hpa-1. Sorry, it would be more helpful if I had the P1 or Niimbus to compare to.

It is so much faster and physically palpable even at low volume. I can go on and on... about clarity, imaging, etc etc which sounds exciting and very concerning at the same time. What is concerning is my increasing need for more stimulus and eventually/inevitably, hearing loss. I am thinking maybe this can't be normal behavior to shoot sound directly into my ears with a speaker amp! Not sure how I became this crazy person, really.
