Help me choose high-end DAP or high-end IEM

If you are enjoying an IEM, keep it!
I still regret selling some IEMs. After a couple of months (years is better) without using it, I might trade/sell it but otherwise NEVER.
There are enough IEMs that sound great with the Clip+ that are high-end. A portable amp also does a lot if the Clip itsel does not suffice.
For me the Clip + Corda MOVE + RE-262 works great, on-the-go.
So does the Clip + Ortofon EQ-5.
For relaxed listening I have Clip + Corda MOVE + DDM.

Lol very tempting offer, I can gather up to 1000$ USD in one week, but sadly I'm still not into hardcore audiophile world

*UPDATE*

After long session of listening through my XBA-4 paired with Fiio E11 amp, I found the sound very soothing especially the mid.

I just fell asleep listening to Train album songs in my crowded class.
I'd rate iems that can make me fell asleep huge 5 starts

So far the best IEMs I've heard in that department where the IE8, Sony MDR-7550 and IE80. One time was not a good thing because I was behind the wheel :p.
