Has anybody compared Tiandirenhe TD 15 vs TD19 A/B?
Which one is better and bassier?

The 7Hz Legatos are seriously underrated… these things slam!
Can you imagine that one of the users at my Bass-Head Club at Telegram said they are extremely over-rated? He started a hot discussion and ended up leaving the Club.
His main argument was that KBear Rosefinch is times better the Legato. To me it's far from reality as they (Rosefinch) sound much simpler and "plastically" so to say. I mean they do not sound natural. They have cut Highs and Lows. IMO.

If you do the modification removing the filter over the nozzle with say a 400 grade the highs open up and they become the best basshead monitor up to $100 with ease.
The p-ss all over the Legato which i owned for a month and sold!
I so much wanted them to be good but they just sound to mid-bass bloated with no decent sub-bass quality!
This is to EVERYONE reading this?
If you want a seriously good basshead monitor with both quantity AND quality save your money and hunt out either the Sony XBA-N3 OR XBA-N1 and you will not be disappointed and you can thank me later🤣
The N3 has a bit more Sub-bass and 10% higher resolution ect.. than the N1 which actually has a bit more bass than the N3 but its more mid-bass and isnt "quite" as high quality BUT is still amazing especially for the money👍
I am a SUPER serious basshead and saved up for the last 6 months and bought my end-game basshead monitor the Empire Ears Valkyrie mkll which arrived yesterday and is on burn-in😍
Hope this helps some of you and if you need any advice hit me a PM and ill try to point you in the right direction👍

I am choosing between Sound Rhyme SR9 and Tansio Mirai X.
Did you anybody compare them?

You think they are any better than XBA Z5?
To be honest i stayed away from the Z,A & H series due to the USB style shell which is so hit and miss!
Fit is such an important factor in a basshead IEM so i try to stick to shapes & sizes i know im 90% of the time gonna be alright with!
Also, i absolutely love Dynamic bass and it doesn't matter how good BA bass has been implemented it just doesn't have the same characteristics as a good DD driver!
I know BA's can punch hard and are fast but they just dont have the same layering & texture as DD's, also that speed is a double edge sword because yes it can stop the midrange from getting mudded but it misses that beautiful slow rumbled decay which a true basshead adores!
Its a personal thing and also depends on your library but i would take a good DD over a BA for bass any day of the week👍
This is the reason i am a true believer in the tribrid implementation, Balanced Armature's are perfect for midrange, Electrostatic's for Treble and Dynamic for bass, when done correctly it's nothing short of perfection!

I would go for the Mirai X any day of the week. Im not saying the SR9 is bad it just doesn't compete with the X when it comes to Bass quantity AND quality!
Those dual 8mm DD push some serious air for their size which im positive the venting system helps immensely?
It's a definite V shape with great treble extension but yet has a great Vocal performance so it could also be seen as a U FR.
Its not the last word in detail but its good enough and to be honest thats not its goal, its for musical pleasure not dissection.
One thing to note is the nozzle is quite short so if you have small ears it could be an issue?
I had the pleasure of this IEM for over a month when my freind & i swapped X and my 10th AE and to be really honest i hated giving it back🤣
For the asking price and Audio quality+fantastic Bass you cannot go wrong AND if you hurry Penon has it on sale for $399 which is an absolute steel👍
One last thing, I've heard really good things about the Tansio Shock but cannot recommend it myself due to not personally hearing!
What i have heard from friends who have it or tested it is a fantastic iem which is said to compete at a flagship level?
I myself am VERY interested in it because the tuning system seems to be the real deal and not a marketing gimmick!
Also, it has the same dual 8mm DD's as the X so should also push some serious air?
But to be honest i wont be buying anything for a good while after paying £1529 for my Valkyrie Mkll🤑
Hope this helps my friend👍

No i was referring to my Penon 10th Anniversary! Sorry for the confusion🤣
By the way guys theres a Sony Xba-N3 in clarified for £150 or best offer!
Whoever snaps it up will have one of the best basshead(audiophile) iem's on the planet trust me👍
Just make sure to pay PayPal "Goods & Services"!
Update:: Done a LOT of reading reviews ect.. on the Tansio Shock and i think it could be a contender for mid-range flagship?
And the implementation of the Sonion Bone Conduction Drivers from what im reading look like the real deal which actually makes a difference to the bass imaging/soundstage!
If i had the funds i would witbout doubt give them a shot but as said skint after the Valkyrie mkll🤪
The only negatively i have is the asthmatic's, im not sure i like that transparent purple!
If only they made 2 finishes with a black, Silver or white cos the purple does look cheap and toyish as many have already touched upon!
If anyone is interested in the new sound & double dynamic system Tansio us using in the X & Shock iv read the FEAT has the same system plus 2 Knowels balanced armatures at a more accessible £185/$239👍

How about Nightjar Singularitithout doubt a fantastic monitor with a price to match😁
Without doubt a fantastic monitor👍The thing with the Singularity is it needs strong amplification to really shine and get that dynamic driver really working.
If you are planning to use it straight out of a phone i would look elsewhere! But, if you are using a DAP or even s decent dongle with good power & high gain you will have a fantastic bass driven monitor.
BUT? if you really want to turn it into a true basshead monitor you need both Amp & EQ👍
What it exels at is sub-bass extention & layering with exellent dynamics and soundstage with both width & depth.
See the thing is the Singularity is more of a TOTL monitor but with fantastic bass response, it has absolutely phenomenal midrange clarity and resolution which plays with all the TOTL bigboys but once you start Amping & EQing yes you get outstanding bass but it does effect the rest of the presentation!
It's a 'Audiophile" basshead moniitor which can be turned into a pure basshead monitor with the above methods which actually is a VERY good thing cos its like haveing 2 different monitors for different occasions😁
In my short time with it about 3 weeks the biggest takeaway for me was the sub-bass extension & texture, its like you have a 12" REL Powered subwoofer in your ear.
So yes its a fantastic monitor which i whole heartily recommend and with the price tag i expect no less👍
Im surprised there is no talk about the Symphonium Titan
Titan is a monster of a monitor!
It was the only monitor that was competing for my money against the Empire Ears Valkyrie mkll which i went with in the end due to it being a Tribrid and having the world Famous 'Weapon W9+' Subwoofer!
If i was more wealthy i would of purchased both no questions asked😃
I only had it for a few days but as i say the 8mm Dynamic Driver in the Titan is also special and can dig VERY deep and pproduce a spectacular rumble@
But i will say it again?
It should be special for $1000👍

Without doubt a fantastic monitor
No go for me. Too expensive and won't compete with my FF Scarlet. At least according to FR graph.
