  I dont have the AD01 and meant to get one, but the Aurora ended up impressing me so much I didn't really feel like getting the AD01 as well! I hope you understand! I still wish to try it at some point, but the Aurora complements the XB90EX so well, and i know the AD01 is not impressive when amped but is exceptional unamped.... I only use Aurora off my phone 5% of the time, or else i'm amping...

they have a few colors so tell which you want 

And that store is not the only seller for them either. And for $12 dont expect absolute perfection. One of the plastic pieces by the MMCX connector that says "L" or "R" isn't as smooth as the other. Not a dealbreaker here. Don't have the time to replace the 3.5mm yet but i will be doing that as soon as I have some time to

PS I just ordered the Sony MDRXB50AP (GF's IEMs broke) so i will put it through the ol' basshead test just to see where it should be on a list for them smartphone listeners. Only reason i still have my xb90ex to myself, they dont have a mic.

Got my Ray Audio RA01 iem's (delivered for $56.00) and am very impressed.

Right out of the box, huge bass, no need for amp...bet they will only improve with use.

It must be no amp day because these Sony XB50AP showed up!

Extremely impressed without eq or amp. Slammin off the ps4 controller. Glad i got these for gf instead of some $15 whatevers. Thinkin about getting another in a diff color to leave with my controller actually...

It amps pretty well too and has very high impact but boomy and uncontrolled. But, for 29.99 new, should be expected. Still, exceptional without amp truly and comes with mic. Seems durable too.

have you tried your monk+'s for gaming? when I don't need to chat they have become my go-to, unless im playing seriously then its my over-ears.

I have and the midrange has a weird veil that bugs the heck out of me when using them for phone calls or voice chat. I started using some non monk earbuds but just ordered myself a XB50AP in red for my new phone calls/gaming set.

I could never use sz2000 for gaming dude. Tried it once and a nearby shotgun sound gave me a heart attack, man you don't realize the SPL the SZ is truly capable of until something like that happens...

What's good with the ibasso it03? Everybody seems to say it's bassy as heck but never seen it mentioned in here. Is it just one of those iems that non bassheads die over and bassheads are "meh" about?

Darn it, Vapman! I ended up caving and ordering a pair of the Rose Aurora earphones based on your recommendation and finally received them yesterday. I gave them a comprehensive listen this morning in the office with my JDS Labs C5 with the bass boost flipped on and oh my goodness. These really do sound like the Kicker, or maybe Kicker-lite. I don't know if they're as detailed (even if they aren't, they're darn close) because I haven't A/B'd them yet but they definitely have the depth and authority. These things are monsters with the right amount of juice and EQ. Not sure if I want to buy a new cable just yet as the one supplied with the earphones are pretty great but these are definitely a keeper, at least based on the couple of hours I spent listening to them this morning.

Oh man I always get so scared when i see someone bought something off my word. But it makes me really happy to know it met expectations! Enjoy your auroras bro. Any good silver plated copper cable will help tighten up the sound btw.

I am wanting to get an amp with 2.5mm balanced. Is the Opus #11 still the good choice for IEM use?(can't tell if it's 2.5 or 3.5) I honestly just want a PHA and make a bunch of adapter cables for it yet, but I can't be spending PHA money yet.
