That's more like it! :)
Yes. Even I am tempted but this is still a lot of money to fork out. Around three times what I have ever paid for a pair of headphones. Can they be worth it ?

Yeah sure. I think I paid 1200 euros for my HD 800s (not S), I got the last pair in my country. They were selling for 1.500 euros at the time... I think. It was a while ago and I may not have the prices right but I remember I was very happy with the deal and they were significantly under retail since the shop wanted to get rid of the last box.

If I didn't have a bunch of other things on my list, I'd grab a pair of 820s at that price.

Would it not in future be better if we have an EU deal thread instead of Europe. I mean due to Brexit you are still required to pay VaT and customs for items you buy in UK now.

Basically for us in EU…might as well buy from US or Japan. The extra costs involved are basically the same. Maybe besides higher shipping costs.

I wonder if people in UK need to paus extra for items from inside EU?

Yes, if the item is flagged by UK customs we pay an extra 20% VAT / customs charges if the item is over a certain value (around £100 from memory). Brexit really is the gift that keeps on giving (or not!!).

I started this thread for that very reason months ago

It hasn't had any impact though, I think in part due to their being very few specialist audio retailers in the UK who sell the products UK users purchase.
