Yesterday I’ve downloaded several albums in master quality from Tidal. Android Mango shows right numbers - 24/96 MQA, and Mango OS shows 24/48 FLAC. The sound differs a little bit, and I like the sound from Mango OS.
Oopsies, not the only one with this question...delete...

Yet another case for a case that protects the top. Sorry to hear about :frowning2:
I'm using mdr-ex1000 single ended mid gain at a volume between 65-70 on tidal. Am I deaf or are these iems hard to drive?
As a point of reference with my Sony MDR-EX650 T's (32 ohm like your EX1000's) I listen at about 70% volume on mid gain. And that is not at what I consider loud - high gain is too loud for enjoyable listening though at 70%.

So I don't find your numbers unusual or out of reasonable range (by tidal volume I equate that to Mango mode).

Cheers,
Tim

You know, listening right now my DX220 with Focal Clear, on my rough calculations after 130 hours of burning, I think you are correct, it is that good!
If doubts I had in past experiences about the power of burning, now I'm a believer.

Update: Ah, and btw, if the FiiO M11 sounds like this, please guys don’t hesitate, rush to the stores while it exists, world will be out of stock in 24 hours.
Mine sounded terrible until a little past the 200 hour mark. Now it's quite a capable DAP. If only the interface was as easy to use as AK, at least it's a ton lighter. My OEM case doesn't allow me to use my DHC cable with eidolic connection. That's a disappointment.

I am using CIEM Phantoms and volume of 35-40 for Mango OS set at low gain.
But, it really depends on the style of music. If you listening to a dude sitting in the woods with a bird on his shoulder while he is playing a violin yeah low volume will do.

Listening to some Bluetech, and some Zero 0ne and man this thing sounds so clear and dynamic and holographic like, lots of space between instruments and great positional cues.

I think it's the best sounding dap I've personally owned eclipsing even wm1a. I have heard better, but I will never spend 3 grand on a dap, and we are talking not a big difference either.

My point is if I am listening to the same musics that are streaming online (the site I use to get the musics offline) and on Android OS the volume is set as low gain and 75-85. By the way the musics are FLAC 320 kbps.

Not possible to play Tidal offline though any application or device outside of the native Tidal app due to licensing/encryption
It’s possible. There’s a program, that can download music from tidal locally, so you can listen it with any pleer.
