Hi

Need new phones. This time closed. For monitoring outside when we will record... So need cans with no or little sound leak. sound quality is not so important but still need to be good.
Price? Something to around 150€ or maybe little more.

I was looking at:
Beyer DT150, 250 - difference, sound leak?
AKG K272HD, K 172 HD
Sennheiser HD25 - version

Any other recommendation?

Sen 25 or DT48.. They are optimal for field work.. The Sen 25II is more light weight & comfortable then the DT48.. But the DT48 has been in production for 73 for fieldwork & recording.. Both te Sen 25 II & DT48 are highly endorsed by NAGRA, the others listed are not...

Because it has been considered as a reference for sound mixing and recording for more than 10 years by many people, at least in Europe.

It offers very neutral response and very huge frequency range. It is also a closed back headphone and insulates very well.

Senn HD25-1II is the best to your needs in this price range out of any question. Closed, no sound leak, and correct sounds. I never heard any headphone which can do better then it in monitoring in this price range.

I'd also add the Sony MDR-7506 and MDR-7509HD to your list.  I've had the 7509HD for awhile and really enjoy using them for airplane travel since they're comfortable and block a bit of noise.

Correct? the HD-25ll are bassy hps. The GMP 8.35 have better sound/ isolation and they are more comfy for long sessions.

When recording outside, is cord lenth important? or risk of cord damage, so replaceble cord would be a plus? i believe HD25-1II is best suited for outside use for being light weight and superp durability. i know i wouldn't want carry something made of steel on my head all day long.

Seconding the recommendation for Sony MDR-7506.  These are ultra durable headphones, and pretty standard for monitoring.  I've had mine for almost 10 years, taken them everywhere, and apart from needing to replace the pads they've withstood the test of time.

* nice coiled cord
* sturdy metal jack
* very comfortable
* flat, neutral headphones for monitoring
* built to last

in your price range: dt150. Quite neutral, very resolving, extremely detailed and closed-er than closed. Plus they're virtually indestructible, which is a big advantage when you're out on the road with them.
