Cavalli Audio Liquid Fire

I purchased my Liquid Fire from ALO Audio last year and it didn't have an output resister option for #2. So I am assuming that both #1 and #2 jacks of my LF serial number 15 are the same ~1/4Ω.

Safe assumption if they sound the same.  I'm sure if there was a resistor in there, whether or not you were told by ALO or if they had the option, you'd notice the difference.

I got my #30 direct from Cavalli, but there was no resistor option on the site. I don't know much about resistance and ohms, but jack 1 (top) is louder than jack 2, and is, I believe, recommended for high impedence like Senn and Beyer, where jack 2 is for Audeze and Grado etc. afaik.

So I wonder what I got by default...

My guess is that 50 ohms is the default config for the second jack, I specified 0 on mine.

My LF is on it's way. Provided the sound and build quality lives up to it's reputation and there's no problems with shipping, I am going to be one happy camper. I've never experienced such a pleasant purchase before. That Alex Cavalli is a joy to communicate with.
