Well, I can narrow it for you a bit - they are NOT for the DT-250. Not the perfect answer but helps a bit, no?

He, he, you're funny

Only 20 or more pads to rule out, and I'm there

I was thinking of DT320/340 pads, but then my pads has the usual little holes in the back, and DT320 pads have not.

True. But the earpads I have a question about, has a smaller diameter than DT770/880/990 pads....

Purchased the DT770 Pro 80 Ohms 3 hours before I found out my wife was pregnant. Talk about right under the wire! Don't know if I can afford an amp now, but sheesh, I am in heaven without one. These are the third best thing to happen to me, ever! heh heh

I'm usually not a "team" guy, but after some thinking, I definitely am team Beyer.

I own the DT440 2007 (32-ohm), DT660 2007 (32-ohm), DT770 2005 (250-ohm), DT990 2005 (250-ohm), and DT150. I'm just 2 headphones shy of the entire Premium line.

Of all the headphones I own, I find the Beyers always do it for me. I always have one in use at home. They are definitely my go to headphones. They all share similarities and differences. The main thing I enjoy is the presentation of the treble. They are always smooth. Some more pronounced than others in the line, but it's always smooth.

I already thought that my DT770s sounded awesome when I was using an integrated amp. Now that I have purchased a headphone amp, I am even more impressed! They may not quite be the "ultimate" headphones, but they seem pretty close!

I currently have DT220s and plan to get a DT48 to see if it deserves the praise it's getting.

If you live in the USA, BeyerDynamic USA is good to deal with, but you need to call them. Google it and you'll get the number. I had them repair a pair of Beyers for me and it was very well done.

Skylab,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I live outside of USA. The representative from International Customer Service of Beyer contacted me, but then advice me to resort directly to the seller, who apparantly is not keen to make a refund / return. I guess there is nothing that can be done. That's why I always love to live in USA, and your Obama too.

Don't give up so easy - there must be a way. Be persistent - you are a customer, make it clear what it takes to keep you as one. If you make enough noise someone will listen (sorry I can't be more specific, just wanted to give you some encouragement is all
