Yep just bunch the Two Reds & Two Blacks together then solder them up and it will work fine.

Hey Moonsurf Not sure if your aware of this or not but you don't need to use any software with the Zen just drag'n'drop through windows explorer, they also accept upto 16gb SDHC expansion cards so storage isn't really an issue either. Not heard the SQ yet so I can't comment on that...

With the exception of line out the new Creative Zen also sounds like it checks all your boxes. You could have a nice 32gb version for your $300 Also availble in 2,4,8 & 16 GB capacities
