I cut the back off the large biflange and it still makes my ears sore after a few minutes cause they're so big! Hopefully the hybrids from eBay work out for me.

I just noticed something with the bass switch on my E5. When I push the bass boost switch all the way over to the ON position it remains the same volume but with a very subtle difference in sound, but if I push the switch half way between the two extremes the volume shoots up and is much louder...

If we're talking about albums, I think that the Metal Gear Solid 4 original soundtrack sounds fantastic on my RE0s. Probably the most impressive thing I've listened to with them so far.

I've always liked the combo of black and red. Suit yourself. I just noticed that the clip on the back of my E5 is slightly crooked in relation to the body of the amp. Not too bad, probably won't be a problem but it'd be better if it was straight.

LingLing, is there a trick to getting them on? Are you using Sony ones or those eBay knock offs?
