Be patient with me, I’m totally Android naive... even without having access to Google Play Store... could one still choose to “side load” apps like Tidal, Spotify, Apple Music without having to mod the ROM?

Quick follow up questions (from an Android novice) 2a. Will it be possible to "sideload" the Google Play Store to the device and then be able to use the app/store as if the app came pre-installed on the device?
