Is there a (on-line) retailer that sells replacement 3-flange small eartips for the Etymotic HF-2 in The Netherlands, or at least a little closer to than Etymotic themselves?

Well, I've found a Dutch reseller a while ago, and although isolation is better now, I'm not really happy with them. Might be that I'm really used to my ER-4s, but I do miss the clarity, openness and spatiousness of 'm.

I'm an ER-4 user and used Comply tips in the past and am using the Shure Black Olives currently. I read people are using the Comply tips with the NE-7M's, but how is that possible? The shafts are so thick, I can't figure out how this could work. So, which tips fit on the NE-7M which are...
