They are okay.  I will reserve judgement until they burn in more. They do kind of remind of the Sennheiser HD-700.  Sounds good but some tracks the highs are a little bright for my taste.   I still prefer the HE-400is over these.

  Right now the HE350 has too much treble.  The HE-400is are more balanced/neutral.  The bass impact is lacking on the HE350 right now.   Mids are lacking a bit as well.   It really is a little too early for a proper comparison but these are my initial impressions.

  I think you are referring to PDPS.   PDPS - Pseudo-Dual Power Supply upgrade was incorporated into all WA6 amps built 2009 and later.   Pre-2009 WA6, it was an option.  I suggest you email woo audio with your serial number.  They will tell if the PDPS was factory installed.

The 10% code pushed me over so I ordered mine on Thursday night.  It still shows the status as 'processing' for the 400i.   It reminds me when I ordered a pair of T1s. It took that company almost 2 weeks to get me a pair to ship due to shortages.

It wasn't just PayPal with problems. I got double charged on my credit card for 1 amp with no confirmation email. Only reason I found out is my credit card sends me an email for charges over a certain amount. Back-Back identical charges can also trigger fraud protection.

I have a WE422A, a Marconi U-52 and (7) USAF 596 rectifiers. I also have two Brimars, a Sophia Princess, a Psvane WE274B and Full Music (Sophia Equivalent).  I stick mostly to the 596.  I was saving the WE422A for WA22 but it does sound so good.   Thanks.  I will look into the Sylvania 6SN7-WGTAs.

My HD700s will be arriving next week but I total agreement on the HD800s.  The incredible soundstage of the HD800s make classical and jazz sound almost speaker like.  If you are looking for more of an all around headphone, I would suggest you also demo the HE-560s.
