Macbook optical out and Little Dot DAC_II Problem.
Hey, just picked up a toslink cable to see if i'd like the optical out from my macbook more than the usb. However when hooking it up to my little dot DAC_II it just reads no input, despite the macbook showing digital output under system preferences. I tried a friend's macbook, which behaved in...- Fungee

e2c's are breaking? (connection problem at 'phone)
Hey, i'm wondering if there's a good way to get non-warranty Shure products fixed... my e2c's are dying, the left phone has a bad crackle/silence/connection problem (sound starts to crackle/cut in and out) that pushing/fiddling with can fix temporarily, however it's pretty frustrating. Is...- Fungee

problem with my eggos
happens regardless of source, and with or without the extension cable (although touching the extension cable produces a much less noticeable noise)- Fungee

problem with my eggos
it only happens on the side that's wired directly though... and it isn't that i'm just noticing it now... humming or talking doesn't do anything noticable/unusual... just touching the cord- Fungee

problem with my eggos
ok.. my d66 eggos sound fantastic.. and generally ive been very happy with them... but occasionally/randomly they behave oddly: specifically touching the cord has a sort of tin-can-phone effect... the noise of my hand(or anything) touching the cord is amplified a ton and is very annoying. This...- Fungee

iAudio 5... yay or nay
i'm loving mine gaps between tracks+tiny squealish sound is my only complaint, but it's pretty brief and such things don't really bug me kinda steep learning curve on the interface too i guess, easy once you figure it out though sounds ****ing fantastic- Fungee

IAudio U2 1GB Review
i can agree with the quality of suntec... (not sure about the shipping time thing, but everything else) they answered all of my questions very rapidly and politely. edit: quality review, absurdly detailed (good, just kinda weird) I'll probably post a somewhat briefer review of my iaudio 5...- Fungee

wondering for a while.... why are people complaining about atrac 3?
atrac is also a downer if you already have your songs ripped, reencoding them into atrac is definitely a quality loss- Fungee

flash player reccomendations ~200usd?
my faith in humanity has been reaffirmed! some rep from jetaudio reccomended I buy my player from suntec, slightly cheaper than their ebay auction including the cost of 3 day shipping. that site is probably the best place to buy iaudio stuff, excellent prices, reccomended by the company...- Fungee
