Take another look at the site,the + is the current model. The original MK Vll was a high powered version made for driving the K1000.It suffered from a lot of problems because people were pluging in low z phones. It did not stay on the market long. Even on low gain you could not...- ford2

busted driver on a Sony R10 - what to do??
Sell them,their are plenty of people looking for spare parts. The chances of getting another driver are remote. Why bother putting CD3000 drivers in them,do you think they will sound better. Finally with the state of the foam etc it sounds like they need a full...- ford2

Calling All "Vintage" Integrated/Receiver Owners
A Sansui modified so that speaker A feeds the 4 pin XLR.Driving K1000 with a RME DIGI 96 as the source. The RME is set at -20db for effective volume control on the amp,this is needed because of the 130mv input on these older amps.- ford2
