Rega planar 8 Cardas Ingognito rewire kit
Does that mean that you are using mainly the existing length of the black colour wire (Rega original grounding wire for the tonearm body) and cutting short the black colour wire (from the rewire kit) that runs from the base of the golden colour base plug (rewire kit), then solder them together...- okw3188

Rega planar 8 Cardas Ingognito rewire kit
Hi, I have just received the cardas rewiring kit for my RB 880 on P8. After reading the instruction, I am still not clear on where to connect the thin ground cable (somewhere inside the vertical column) of the tonearm? Hope you can give me some advice, thanking you in advance.- okw3188

Yes, indeed. I de-solder the 2 smd resistor and use 2 dale resistor to solder directly to the gold-finger of the board and also did the mod on increasing the input sensitivity. It really sounds like a different amp!- okw3188

1) De-solder the 2 x 150Kohm resistor on the board and use 2 pieces of DALE RN60D 150K 1% instead, then connect it to the gold finger of the board for final stage feedback, based spritzer method. 2) To increase the input gain sensitivity, solder 2 x VISHAY BCcomponents MRS25 330R 0.6W 1%...- okw3188
