Had my Sony NW-S705 stollen so need to get a new mp3 player Which has better sound quality.... Hoping to buy today as I need to buy a player.

Need to buy something - got her a Sony NWE002 but she finds it too difficult to use and screen too small. I was thinking about the Samsung Z5 as it has a biger screen - how is the touchpad to use for someone thats not used to mp3 players?

My UM2 seem to have a problem in left ear - the bass driver sometimes cuts out when I move cables about - anything I can do?

Just tried a friends Bose IE's - I thought they sounded ok but not a patch on my EX90's nor UM2's. A modded EX90 sounds like what the IE should have sounded like - bassy, DETAILED and plenty of treble. A lot has been said about how good the bass is on the IE - but for me its a bit too stuffy...

Sure there are loads of iPods about - but the amount of people I see with SE Walkman phones... Id say there are more people using their sony and nokia music phones than ipod users nowdays!

...poor ones. They are much better than Sony’s very poor EX71’s… even when they are modded. They are a great choice if you want something you can take out without worrying about getting stolen or an upgrade over stock buds. For a little more (£20-25) the PX100’s are loads better. Rating ***/*****

Having read reports that dual bore IEMs sound better than single bore IEM's - why cant companys just make Dual bore universal IEM's?? This is compleatly possible if you use the wider Sony EX71 type buds - theres enough space for two bore's and the Sony EX tips always sound better on my UM2's...
