What is this song?!
If you're still looking for it, I found it: It's the first track from a cd called 'tween nation' by bruton music production on apmmusic called 'ready to go'. If you do an advanced search on apm's music browser, you can find it by searching for library code BR and cd number 0484. There isn't... -

Intro to Computer Audio
Haha... it's his replies in the comments that are just idiotic " While I would love to see you eat your hat... You are talking SNARKY? Have you READ this thread? Obviously not. If it looks and acts like a troll, it is a troll. I know what your hat looks like - it's floppy with a...- Halluci

How much does a DAC add?

Is my dac/amp dying?
So for the past 4 months or so, I've been having intermittent problems when playing music through foobar2000 (using wasapi and usb out to a Headroom ultra desktop amp/dac) where after several hours of playing music, foobar will randomly freeze up. Pressing pause and then playing results in the...- Halluci

How much does a DAC add?
It depends. Most laptops/lower end sound cards have terrible terrible line outs (almost every laptop I've ever listened to has unbearable audible noise). If that's the case, a DAC will do wonders for your sound. If however, you're on a high end audiophile-oriented soundcard already, then it...- Halluci

Recommend Some Yo Yo Ma
Chamber music is performed by small ensembles, usually 3-5 solo instruments (unlike in orchestras where a single part is played by an entire section of ~20 musicians on the same instrument). What kind of chamber music do you like? I could point you in the direction of some must-haves. -

Which current full size reference cans have the most accurate tonality with acoustic instruments?
As a violinist, I have to say the k701 (I'm pretty sure other than color change it's identical to k702) is about as close as it gets with string instruments. Even more than the HD800 which I've admittedly only gotten a chance to listen to once.- Halluci

Recommend Some Yo Yo Ma
I'm personally not a huge fan of Yo-Yo Ma. Don't get me wrong, he's an extremely talented cellist, but as far as great recordings of classical repertoire go, none of his really stand out. That being said, his Brahms cello sonatas with Emmanuel Ax is a decent album though. -
Chiddy Bang/Xaphoon Jones
Just discovered these guys. Mixing sweet beats, sampling indie artists (Sufjan Stephens and Radiohead among others), and on top of it all, some super smooth spitting. They're apparently only a year or two into college too. Definitely recommended if you're into underground rap. You can... -

Nice earbuds
I think yuin pk3's fit your criteria; I haven't heard better bass in an earbud (non-iem) than in yuin's line, which is why I upgraded to the ok1. Note that if you want bass quantity, earbuds really are not the way to go as any pair of decent iems will blow away earbuds in bass extension and...- Halluci
