I came here and did some research before buying my ER-4P but my HD-600 was my first purchase after starting to hang here regularly.

Audio Technica W100's were my first purchase; everyone was raving about them, who could resist? They were glorified infinitely until a bunch of people got to listen to them at which point many people (including myself) felt so-so about them. Then, I went for the HP-1000's -- and have been oh so happy ever since. 'Tis the story of my Head-Fi journey.

A great pair of Sony 7506's for home use and a pair of Senn Px-200's for travelling.

Both have served me well, but I'm holding out in buying any more headphones until I get the money for an ipod or Rio Pearl ( or whatever the new name is ).

Bought a pair of HD 580s soon after coming here, I bought a META42, and I've just recently bought a pair of ER-6s. All of them are great audio products! Thanks to all who've helped me find this equiptment (and spend this much...

I waffled around a bit before I pulled the trigger on some:

HD590s - Love 'em

Then an amp

Then a cable

Then a player

then some interconnects

some tubes next......

not to mention a plethora of new music

(where's my wallet?!?!)

This is a pretty great place

KSC35 and Etys. These are also the only ones remaining. Well sorta.. KSC35s were good until they got sucked into my mom's vacuum..
