After long search, my voice goes to Ortofons.
But we should not forget that sound of any iems is very source-dependent.
So it is important to list sources you pair with your iems for great vocals.

For me, Rio Karma + Ortofon e-Q7 make a very nice combination.
With brighter sources however, ortofons become shouty.

Based on IEM audiophiles in China, Grado GR10 is overall mostly favored. Other preferred IEMs include Grado GR8, Westone UM30PRO or UE2, Shure SE425, Sennheiser IE7 etc.

Really depends on what type of vocal you listen to and personal preference though. Also depends on source and cabling. My favorite pair of IEMs for vocal is Hifiman RE-600 although I just tried it once.

FI-BA-SS or togo334 are the most magical iem for vocal. VE6 is good too lol.
Se846, se535ltd, ck100, ck10 are all very enjoyable as well.
IM02 is definitely the best one if you cant afforad the above. I actually consider im02 to be an overall superior iem than se535.

I'm a vocalhead and frequently refer to this thread for more suggestions. I prefer slightly warm, syrupy, natural and intimate vocals. Out of my IEMs I can say these thrilled me the most.

1) SE846
2) ATH-CKR9
3) RE-400
4) e-Q5

Listening to Diana Krall or Adele with them will give you shivers.

It is useful to name your source also, as it is at least 50% of sound you get with iem's.
From my experience, RE-400 are far from warm (for really warm and dark go for RE-600).
As for Ortofon, I'd say e-Q7 over e-Q5 for female vocals. My e-Q7 pair greatly with good old Rio Karma, no need for modern fashionable DAPs.
Aurisonics Rockets seem to be a good choice for vocals as well.

The affordable TTR Co Donguri Shizuku has the clearest sound for under $70 terrific for instrumental and vocal centric tracks.

Also, I hear Audio Technica's E50 has quite a prominent mid centric tuning, might be interesting to look into that.
