It was put on bit-perfect in the settings and volume control set to none, but I still can control it via hardware volume control in the UAPP

Don't know how others do it. My rule of thumb is: volume control lies on the last equipment of the chain OR w/c equipment has the best volume/preamp control. Other equipment on MAX volume inorder not to enduce dither.

On my HQ Player it's creator advises that max volume should be -3db inorder not to educe clipping. May it is so with UAPP in your case.
On ME i had no such issues that I'm aware of. But then again, most of my listening is on bitperfect.

Guys and one more thing about hardware volume sliders (DAC with dedicated volume control) . It's better to max out Left & Right channel and play with Master slider or Max everything?
I max out any software volume controls and just use the device's control. AIUI digital volume controls drop bits to lower the volume so reduce the quality and you certainly don't want more that one volume control in the chain so just decide on one to reduce losses. Only my opinion though, I'm not claiming to be knowledgeable about this. :)

Think of getting a S23+ or a Google 9, anyone have issues with those with TIDAL and UAPP PEQ?

Just got a Samsung phone & installed paid version of USB Audio Pro.

Using apple usb to 3.5mm dongle & audio great through usb audio pro, but sound only in left channel of all other audio sources.

Any one can help? Cannot find any phone setting to alter.

galaxy ultra s21

Edit. This is not an issue with the dongle or iems. Same issue when using a mojo2.

Tired activating all the release drivers options, nothing works...

Hello,

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra and currently I am using it with the Creative BT-W6 and my Mojo 2.

Whenever I want to listen to YouTube or Amazon Music, after a session with UAPP, I have to completely disconnect these devices from my smartphone and reconnect them, otherwise I do not have sound.

I thought the most recent update would resolve this matter but it does not work on my phone. I have even Exited UAPP, it still does not work.

Do you know why is this happening?
Can this be fixed?

Here is how I currently have set up UAPP. Note that, even though I have disabled the first setting: Auto Start on USB attachment, I am still getting the pop-up notification as soon as I plug the device in. I have also rebooted my phone but still the same is happening.

PS: I've also emailed support.

using mojo2 I get youtube / bbc sounds / podcast addict audio through left channel only.

Having done some googling, I think that this is a "samsung ultra" issue, not a "usb audio player pro" issue. In fact usb audio player pro seems to be a partial answer.

I haven't found a solution for audio via other apps.

I reset all my settings on the phone. Now everything works correctly. I don't know how long it will last but for now all is good.

Hello, my usb audio player pro (paid version) has always been set to 250 steps for volume, and had no issues till the recent update v.7.0.4.0. I am running it on my android phone (Honor 90).

Now I can't raise the volume with the volume rocker, and when I reduce the volume, in changes by a whole 1 dB each time. The volume rocker works everywhere else (eg home screen, other apps). Restarted the phone etc doesn't help.

Anyone experiencing this?

I haven't worked with BlackBerry devices myself.
It looks like the DAC-HA200 is supposed to work with Android 4.1 and newer.
Have you tried any other USB DACs with the same OTG cable on your BlackBerry device - or tried other OTG cables with the DAC-HA200?
Many people don’t realize that Blackberry devices like the Classic and Passport support external DACs, making them perfect for audiophile setups. I’ve explored this in depth using the iFi Hip DAC 1 and FiiO E18. You can see the full review and sound test in my video here. Let me know if you have questions!
