hi guys.
It is normal not to get the HiRes flag on MQA 24 bits ...?
hi guys.

I think it's need to have sample rate more than 44KHz to identified as HiRes.
I don't use MQA but using Qobuz, I get the Hires logo when playing 24/44.1. The User Interface section of the UAPP Settings menu also clearly says 24 bit OR > 44.1
Just to be clear; my point was that I still get the HiRes logo when playing tracks with a 44.1khz sample rate if it is 24-bit. Perhaps it is an issue with using Tidal since; as you also confirmed; this seems to work fine on Qobuz? I don't have Tidal so I can't check this.Oh neat, i never get HiRes on tidal but get on Qobuz since they have higher sample rate. So i suspect that the issue. Thanks!

i leaved it in automatic in UAPP for the flags options. Im in bit perfect and in HiRes Audio Format im in automatic too and no flags in 44/24 MQAI don't use MQA but using Qobuz, I get the Hires logo when playing 24/44.1. Amazon's api is locked down like Spotify's so no chance of UAPP supporting it any time soon.I started using Amazon Music HD which has what they call UltraHD music tracks...Excuse my ignorance but I was wondering if there was any chance the UAPP app would work with Amazon music just like how the tidal service does through Uapp.
Also is anyone else using the Amazon HD service, to me it seems quite good offering 24bit 192khz music in FLAC for $12.99 p/m is there better value out there than that?

Amazon music is good value I agree but with no app (Windows, Apple or Android) that supports bit perfect its a non-starter for me.
Those DAPs natively bypass Android’s crappy SRC. Many don’t (phones especially). The Amazon Music app appears to be playing bit perfect on my Hiby R5 and Fiio M11 Pro (shows device capability as 24/192). Am I misunderstanding? Agree that UAPP support would be nice...
If the Hiby R5 is playing everything at "source" bitrate then its bit-perfect so that is excellent. The Amazon Music app appears to be playing bit perfect on my Hiby R5 and Fiio M11 Pro (shows device capability as 24/192). Am I misunderstanding? Agree that UAPP support would be nice...
