Hi uapp newbie here looking for settings advice.

When I play mqa tidal music files I get different direct and file settings displayed

E.g. 88khz direct. 44khz file.

Does this means the file is playing incorrectly?

If so what should I do to correct it.

LG v20 tidal uapp mqa plugin

Thanks

No, the MQA decoder always outputs 88.2 or 96kHz.

Reported via Google Play three-dot menu as inappropriate and selected Copycat or impersonation button!

On latest uapp version, while playing tidal with BT, skip track forward and backward, via the BT device, do not operate. It does with all other players (spotify, tidal). Tried that with two different BT devices.

Please advise.

Thanks

It's unlikely related to the version/update. Please see what happens after a restart of your Android device.

Hi again, I was making some test on my rooted Xiaomi MIx with UAPP, MQA and VIPER4ANDROID...

VIPER4ANDROID is working on UAPP, the direct still showing 96khz... But my question is: maximum sample rate in V4A is 48khz, so what im getting? 96 or 48?

By far my favorite audio player. Coupled with my Samsung phone a Dragonfly DAC, it become my daily driver. A request (you knew it was coming) would be to have a shortcut for the "Hardware Volume" slider on top of the main screen. By that I mean the screen with the album art. Thanks for all of your hard work.

I'm afraid we won't do that. You can just use the hardware buttons of your phone.

It is very likely you have enabled the parametric EQ or MorphIt without having purchased these. They stop processing after 60 seconds.
Ooo you might be right. Thxs , Ill check it.
