Is there a way to custom equalizer for the right and left channel separately like in Neutron Player?
Select "channel mode" on the 6 band parametric EQ screen. I don't know if there's a way to make channel mode selectable in the 10 band parametric EQ, however.

Each filter section can also be configured to run in stereo, left only, right only, mid only, or side only.
Thanks bro. I played in parametric equalizer setting (Tonebooster). I don't see the option in filter section to configure to run in stereo, left only, right only, mid only, or side only. Can you show me a screen shot of that?

Nevermind, I found it. I have to select 6 channel, then the graphic interface comes up. Bottom right, you can select channel. Sweet. didn't even know I had to ever use function like this.

Is anyone having issues with Tidal streaming? I can't even predict when it's going to happen, but it'll just randomly skip to the next song out of nowhere. Galaxy s24ultra on tmobile 5g home internet. Doesn't matter if it's usb c audio or Bluetooth. Already restarted phone and re-installed uapp to default settings too! Battery optimization is unrestricted as well.. (It only seems to be affecting 192khz flac) (Internet speed is roughly 362mbps down, 60mbps upload)

Gonna reply to myself just for more context here. So far, switching to mobile data has helped. I already know UAPP doesn't like switching from wifi to data simultaneously. I'm guessing that even tho my home internet speed is running off the same 5g tower, it must struggle with multiple people on the home internet. I'm not on my own yet, so looks like I'll be keeping my phone on 5G UC until further notice

Hello All.

I am using UAPP on a Samsung S6 Lite and while I can play files from 'Device Storage', I am unable to play any files from the USB card because UAPP gives a "Unable to play files from this folder (the SD card) "To Protect Your Privacy" notification. I've tried everything I can think of to get past this but no luck.

If anyone has information on this would you pleas post it?

Thanks and Cheers,

D.

"Auto-Start UPnP Renderer" option is not working on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6. I have to manually tap "Start UPnP Renderer" each time I've launched UAPP.

The auto setting used to work fine for many years. Can't say when exactly it stopped working. It may have been broken already on my previous phone (Fold4).

I tested a bit more. Turns out the "Auto-Start UPnP Renderer" setting is only honored if the phone is connected to wifi. Otherwise (a.k.a. on mobile network) UAPP's UPnP service doesn't auto start at any point and needs to be manually started from the UAPP UI.

Could this please be fixed, as I'm 99% sure UAPP in the past used to correctly auto start the UPnP service, regardless of the type of network connection?

I use the UAPP renderer in Android BubbleUPnP, use Tasker to launch both apps and it's a PITA having to navigate to the UAPP UI only to start UAPP's UPnP service.

If you've got specific questions about a UAPP feature, you can contact the developer, Davy Wentzler - info@extreamsd.com
If your phone is rooted to run Tasker, then he may not provide support.

You're right, and I realized soon after posting that it's better to contact Davy directly, which I did.

(As for Tasker, in this scenario it's simply launching UAPP and BubbleUPnP one after another at the tap of one button, leaving BubbleUPnP in front. I could of course additionally set Tasker/AutoInput to simulate a tap on the UAPP UI to start the UPnP renderer, but because the auto-start function exists, I would prefer to be able to rely on that. And besides, I have no need to access the UAPP UI for anything - I control playback from within the BubbleUPnP UI - so the auto-start function comes in very handy.)
