I can see and play the dsf files in Local Folder mode but it won't appear in the Artists, Albums and Songs section any solution for it.

There is also a problem playing dsf/dff files at the last second of the song it make a shhhii sound before it goes to the next track last about 1 second. It doesn't happen when I play flac files it only happens when playing dsf/dff files and it doesn't happen if I choose to skip to the next track. Is it a problem with my DAC or my setting on UAPP or something to do with the gapless playback on the UAPP

Try to increase the buffer value in UAPP, I use currently 16834 frames and no glichtes during the change to the next song.

And if your files stored on a microSD card, try to increase the cache buffer size from 128KB to 2048KB (root needed). http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/tablets-in-the-enterprise/increase-the-read-write-speed-of-the-sd-card-on-your-rooted-android-tablet/ this could be also very helpful with large files like our dsf/dff files. I'm running on 2048KB, works perfekt.

Just wonder if anyone else lost their playback control on the lockscreen? I lost mine a while ago for no reason.

Is there a way to update UAPP so that could be remotely controlled from Sony SmartWatch like this?

Hey all

I assume we're all phone with external dacamp users here? Any tips on reducing RF interference on the train from other phone users?
Is there a material or even an app for android which somehow stops my dacamp from blipping and popping from RF in the train cabin??

Any tips or settings Davey on the usb player app itself?

CHeers!

@Davy Wentzler
As a long time user of UAPP I'm very happy, thank you for a great product!

Only two things are missing for me to make this my one and only player:

1. Support for the Geek Out
2. DLNA support

Are there any plans to implement one or both of these in the near future?

That's a hardware problem I think, may be a USB isolator .

We have a Geek Out here that just doesn't get recognized by Linux (the underlying operating system), which is a requirement before the app can even start opening the USB device. What model do you have? It's best to contact us by email at info AT audio-evolution.com.

DLNA might come, but first the main screen is being redesigned.
