Just scored myself a pair of TF10s. Just wondering if there is any particular brand of cable upgrade which is highly recommended for the TF10s? Would appreciate the advise.

If you are looking to improve the sound Chris_himself sells a nice silver cable which will improve there sound from what I have heard. I can confirm that my silver cable for my IE8 and IE80 has definitely made a noticeable difference in the sound FWIW.

I have the Null audio Arete too, and it sounds amazing.

Chris_Himself's silver cable (rated as the best sounding after market TF10 cable by master joker) or Null Audio Arete (I have this and I love it!)

Wow I'm really impressed by the $3 "sony" foam tips. I finally found tips that provide the right seal without causing discomfort. Hopefully these don't go super soft due to ear wax after awhile but for $3 for 6 tips...it's a freaking amazing deal compared to complys

How are current users with sony hybrids able to fit tem on the TF10s. The inner core of the hybrids is significantly narrower than the tips came with the TF10.

Just keep trying, you'll be able to make them fit eventually. Try to get the right size the first time though, because once you fit them on the nozzle they're very hard to take off.

You have to request nylon sleeving.  I didn't request it,  I wanted a bare cable.

I was looking at the Null cables too. Does the Arete also have the Nylon sleeve like the Lune ones? Only the white Arete cable on their site has a picture and it doesn't look it has the Nylon, but in that cable review thread, the Arete cable he uses does have it?

Turn the tip inside out (just the tip not the tube), then stretch the tube carefully over one side of the nozzle, and work it over the nozzle.  Takes a little practice, but you'll get the hang of it.

May I know where did you purchase the sony foam tips?
