Thanks for your advise. Hm.. In that case I will purchase this along with iBasso IT01 (gonna search for another thread for the latter as I heard there's a mod to improve further its SQ)
I do own the iBasso IT01, and I think it is a great IEM (one of my favorites). Well constructed, great sound, very comfortable to wear, and the cable is excellent.

In other words, if you have IEM with high sensitivity, you better use BT20 and if you want to drive big impedance with low sensitivity, better go with BT20s, as long as your source can use AAC, if not the SBS vs APTX coded will be on consideration too.
Nope. Based on the comments around noise floor and power differences between the BT20 and BT20S I was looking for a steer on which model to pair with the IMR R1 Zenith. I wouldn't say it's an especially difficult headphone to drive, but the hardware in the BT20S seems better.
I have about 80 hours on my v90 and it's a very good, fun pair. I definitely prefer it over the likes of the blon bl-03, kz zsx, nicehck db3, etc. I'm not sure it's quite as fun, bombastic or huge sounding as the bqeyz bq3 but it's pretty fantastic for the ~$40 asking price. If the staging were a little bigger sounding it'd be close to the bq3. Excellent dynamic range at this price....
the trick that i learned when detaching mmcx connector is never pull them by force, but i use the nails of my thumb and one other finger, slip them between the joints, and pry it loose.
or the more better method is purchasing those connector prying tools

New TRN guys... TRN BA5, some AliExpress sellers just put it in their catalog.
Some observations:
- metal construction like the V90
- they started using the QDC/KZ style connectors
- the old logo is back (the non circle one) - which I find it nicer
- thy look a bit like the new TFZ King Edition
Let's hope these sound better than the CCA A10/KBEAR KB10. The design and built looks awesome.
i ordered these, hopefully they won't have "zs6" treble
my only concern is having them arrive out of phase, for the price this shouldn't be an issue
will come back & give an impression when it arrives
I couldn't wait for the sale and enjoy the V90 few days now. For that price they are simply luxurious! Very comfortable shell that does not stand out from the ears and you can sleep on them if you want. I never paid attention to color, but it's one of the little things that caught my eye on them. Navy blue is in artificial light rather purple, but in daylight is dark blue as in the photos, I like such magic. Definitely deserves a better cable, while stock is usable as well, but with silver-plated cable will excel some details. They play very loud enough, have drive and energy like the Tiandirenhe TD1, but thanks to the well tuned BA's, they have better mids resolution and treble details. Mids are not suppressed like on the V80, but higher mids sometimes sounds little bit agresive to me, they probably still need some time to burn in. Bass and sub bass looks the same like on V80 by my graph, but actually V90 sounds a little more pronounced and interesting in the ears. They still do not reach the TD1 level, I do not think only in terms of power but of their quality. On the other hand, the V90s have other advantages, I love them both. And the V80? They certainly won't end up in a drawer, I still like their sound for some genres, like some electronic music.
