Great news that it has been announced.  
 
Now, during RMAF someone should ask to the A&K's team WHEN it will really be implemented.

May be the pressure we have put on A&K since 1 year is partially responsible for this good news ?  Even if it account for only 1%, we have been useful to the community

 
But... let's not argue, let's celebrate Tidal/A&K instead...

This is fantastic news - thanks for sharing, Jude! I just picked up my AK300 yesterday and I am a huge Tidal fan. Props to AK for coming through.
 
Also, do you know Tidal on AK will have offline mode? Or is it too early in the stages to comment?

@cuiter23, offline support is not currently supported, and have no idea if it's on the roadmap or not. I'm usually around wi-fi. When I have used it while out, I have it tethered to my iPhone.

too bad really. but I guess somewhere along the line they will work on that too. 
 
@jude how's the app implemented? does it work fluently? any crashes? (I know it's a beta you're trying)

Something is not very clear to me, does it have offline mode like my zx2 or not, because without the offline mode tidal is very but very limited
Now i have more than 100 albums downloaded in my zx2, with the new noriah jones album as well, it is the music lovers dream come true, but without offline mode???
