Oh no doubt it wasn't. I'm just curious what the reason was, especially when weighed against the practical cost of severly constricting what one can use as a source. I find Singularity needs a lot of power-- it sounds magnificent through my Rs8...but it is lacking through my SR35, which is my favorite and most used portable source, which means it doesn't get as much ear time as otherwise it would. This is just a personal use case thing for me, but I am curious.
Trifecta is fantastic with hip hop. And if you're interested in dipping your toes into the classics and maybe scoring a deal on the used market you should consider the Empire Ears Legend X...utterly magnificent with hip hop.

RN6 VS XE6..I have the Singularity and am looking for something which has even better bass as I usually listen to Hip Hop.
