I haven't listened to Jewel unfortunately...... I'd like to but if it's like you say Skyline has more treble, more bass and less midrange than Jewel..... I don't think it's for me.

To tell the truth (having Traillii which by the way I think is yours.......) I'm undecided between Jewel and Ragnar, but I'm only based on what I've read. Here in Italy there is no possibility to try these IEMs.
I just have to get a clearer idea of this high range of Ragnar which would seem to be a bit too exuberant. But I'm still reading......

I guess a good thing with Jewel Fabio is if you buy a used Uni and don't like them, you'll get your money back no problem. The one stand out downside is it'll most likely be beneficial to get a good copper cable to go with them, which is additional cost. Used Jewel already has depreciation built in though, unlike Ragnar.

If you like the Traillii and want to keep the same tonality go with the Jewel or the Mentor; if you want to try something more bass centric go for the Odysseys; if, on the other hand, you want to try IEMs more focused on the treble, choose the Ragnars.

@drftr Got some more time in today with the Hiby R5ii. Notes definitely have more weight vs the DX170 and overall sound seems to be more balanced vs the brighter sound of the DX170. UI is noticeably better with no lag which unfortunately, is noticeable on the DX170.

Have been thinking what will be the 24 IEMs to be stored inside this box. So far, these are the confirmed IEMs - Aroma Jewel, Custom Art FIBAE 7 Unlimited, FitEar Titan, Noble Viking Ragnar, Oriolus Traillii.

What's your take on custom art FIBAE 7 unlimited ? I own the aroma Jewel as a reference if you'd like ?
