That's so cute! See, that's the advantage of a cat. They can crawl on top of you and still allow you space to breath. In the midst of all the dog pic, here is my cat Mango snuggling with me over Sunday morning coffee yesterday.

Maybe he can start by asking a 64 Audio dealer in his country or at least in Europe, list is here https://www.64audio.com/pages/dealersSo a guy who was interested in my U18t (based in Europe) pulled out and bought a used U12t instead, received it, and broke of the 2 pin connector on the same day. Just trying to help him: Is it necessary for him to send them to the US (of course very expensive) or are there ways to get this fixed in Europe? Tnx...

If it makes you feel any better, I only have the UE Pro18+ CIEM and it's relegated to those uses as well.I think I am convinced to keep the u18 as a beater IEM, using no dap, no upgraded cables into a higher end dongle of some sort and use it as my portable portable set up.
Even for youtube browsing it is great as mine are ciem so theres definitely some use for it on planes and what not. Thanks for all your opinions. Will be delisting my for sale ad, and will keep my u18t and use em till they break down. Lol.
And throw most to all my money into my desktop set up, that is the plan and likely will be executed that way, currently looking at the MPD-X streamer from playback designs.
Of course I will be taking a massive SQ hit when I am on the go, but hey we got to make our own decisions.
I was using me ciem today as earplugs when guy is redoing my dricewayIf it makes you feel any better, I only have the UE Pro18+ CIEM and it's relegated to those uses as well.

I have a demo with me at the moment. It’s a pretty good IEM. Comes off as a W shape with a clean/clear sound, similar to how I hear Jewel but maybe not quite as well executed for my tastes. This has more treble sparkle and slightly more bass than Jewel, to my ears I do like that part better but as a result I feel it takes a bit away from the mid range. Above average technical chops but nothing worth getting excited over. Overall it’s just a good sounding IEM, unfortunately I don’t know how to “praise” it because nothing really stands out or feels unique to me. I guess that’s also a good thing too since it’s inoffensive …?
ok, thanks, Rockwell, I'll ask the other guysYou need to specify a little more about what you're after and what your sonic priorities are.
In other news my Annihilator arrives today...woop.
in the neighboring threads; maybe they can
suggest, I'm not that good at describing
anyway(

Still time for dog pic?
Fair point mate, these days not being extremist is also a really good thing. On the other hand you fall into the safe tuning which we have plenty. Tough position to be.

Well.............similar in "some way" to Jewel...is already a good start for this brand.

For sure. I just dislike the concept of not rating something as highly because nothing necessarily stands out, but that’s just how I feel.

Definitely, I think this costs around $2.6k if I’m not mistaken. If you liked the Jewel sound and maybe wanted to trade some mid range presence for more bass and treble, this IEM is a good match for that sound profile.

Ok
A worthy dance partner for the DMPZ1. Glad you are giving the RH a second chance. Bone conduction + Sony house sound just makes the RH come alive IMHO.RH back in the house albeit a different finish than the last one. Still have a lot of love for these, gonna be an enjoyable evening! @MaggotBrain
I haven't listened to Jewel unfortunately...... I'd like to but if it's like you say Skyline has more treble, more bass and less midrange than Jewel..... I don't think it's for me.For sure. I just dislike the concept of not rating something as highly because nothing necessarily stands out, but that’s just how I feel.

To tell the truth (having Traillii which by the way I think is yours.......) I'm undecided between Jewel and Ragnar, but I'm only based on what I've read. Here in Italy there is no possibility to try these IEMs.
I just have to get a clearer idea of this high range of Ragnar which would seem to be a bit too exuberant. But I'm still reading......
