If your AK is black, stick to black case.
IMO, brown looks nice on the gold AK.
Haven't seen a silver AK in person, so can't comment

i have black RWAK and brown case, looks good too. for that matter brown is fairly dark and does not stick out.

I like brown plus it came with the device . Although I would prefer black on black and a sturdier case would appeal. The brown case shows the slights of scuffs. Just brushing your nail across it will scar it. :p

No just very tough nails. :) Regardless the case is very susceptible to scratching. Just placing it in my cup holder in my car led it to scratching lol.

True but there are other such cases like the ones made for the Sflo2 that were much hardier. I'd prefer something like that as it won't look ugly from getting scratched (it wont get scratched lol).

What do you think, peeps, should I get the brown leather case or the black? (The genuine iRiver ones I mean)

pink? is there any? another option would be to pick leather casing in the same color of your shoes...

seriously i believe both cases would be fine because their ultimate goal is protection of AK casing, however if you have black AK i believe you will love black case more.
i am just minority who would tolerate some sort of disharmony for the sake of harmony :-D

lol I was thinking the same :p. You know you have a problem when your protective case is as susceptible to scratching as the product it is protecting.
My ak120 and leather case are actually in a pouch...because I already have 4 scratches doing nothing. But Dignis is coming out with AK120 cases soon.
