My new years resolution is to cut out all fast food, soda and alcohol from my diet.

The hardest one will be fast food. I love Mcdoubles.

You'll live longer (at least, it will SEEM like forever... :) )

Maybe. It's been so long since I've used them that my memory is probably just failing.

If I remember back, I did a quick test to compare 256k atrac to 320k mp3 and found the atrac to be closest to the LPCM source. My player is also one of the recentest models that supports 1gb discs and has the latest atrac codecs

Guys, I've decided to get a balanced desktop amp but how do I get a balanced extension cable?

XLR? 2.5 mm TRRS? 3.5 mm TRRS? Kobiconn?

The amp has XLR 4 pin. I've found an adapter from 4 pin (male) to 3.5 TRRS (female) so a 3.5 mm TRRS or a 4 pin XLR would work. I've found some cheap 3.5 mm TRRS cables but I'm not sure they're balanced, I'm honestly a bit confused
